Texas Coffee School is not a career school or vocational school as defined by the Texas Education Code. I flew out to Texas and attended Texas Coffee School because I’m in the process of starting my own mobile organic coffee and juice bar, and I wanted to learn the coffee business and espresso fundamentals.
