Honestly, both of those weapons are complete trash in almost every regard. The Wolf Knight’s Greatsword was crafted to help slay the denizens of the abyss and it serves this task well. Doesn't mean they're unusable though. The wolf knight was the first Abyss Watcher, and his sword is more punishing against creations of the abyss. Hollowslayer deals 30% more damage to pretty much every humanoid enemy in the game (hollows), it's attacks consume less stamina, and every second attack of 2hr1 slashes horizontally. The weaponart double sweep is not that useful in PVE due to poor range and slow startup, more useful in PVP for predictive rollcatching folks who roll towards you. Wolf knight greatsword is great for the weapon art knockdown which has lots of hyperarmor frames. To be honest, both weapons are outclassed by the other weapons of the same type, e.g Claymore better than Wolf Knight, Zweihander better than Farron. I wouldn't call it the best in the Greatsword class unless for PvE. BKS, Claymore are equally good IMO. Hollowslayer is good at catching players who roll towards you, but the other greatswords are just as good at catching players that roll away from you. The Wolf Knight's Greatsword has been repeatedly referred to as one of the most iconic weapons of the Dark Souls universe, as it is the sword of fan favorite character Artorias the Abysswalker. Though I have heard the Wolf Knight greatsword's L1 weapon-art (the double spin) is pretty easy to parry, though I never really see people attempt it. If you can get the strength and equip load up enough to bear it try getting the Wolf Knight greatsheild too, that way you can 1 hand the sword and still have access to your skills cause the WKSheild has the weapon Arts ability instead of shield bash. The sword has a 139 base damage and gets a 20% bonus to damage against Abyssal enemies which includes a number of bosses such as Aldrich, Devourer of Gods. In your opinion which one os better wolf knight greatsword or the farron greatsword? The one handed moveset has a lunging r2 poke which might be useful in tight corridors. I like the Lothric Knight Sword just for the sake of liking its simplicity, plus extra critical damage. It's a superior weapon to the claymore in PVE and pvp if you're a quality build that doesn't buff or use resins. Wolf Knight's Greatsword is a Weapon in Dark Souls 3.. Greatsword of a knight tainted by the dark of the Abyss, and master of the wolf's blood of Farron. Which one should i get? You’ll need to craft it with the soul of the Blood of the Wolf.
