We love the door-in-door feature and use it all of the time. I thought it might just be a bit of a novelty but with the fridge being quite large, the main doors are pretty bulky and heavy. So just popping in to grab the juice or milk is quick and easy. But I dislike the left door where it felt heavy and slam shut.
